Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (US): 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment (varies by destination)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
